Nikki Glick
Nikki originally began teaching “Hot Power” yoga in 2018 upon completion of her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, she has gone on to complete additional education and training with Tari Prinster, yoga instructor and student as well as breast cancer survivor who created the Yoga4Cancer (Y4C) methodology. Through this training Nikki became a certified Yoga4Cancer teacher and currently works with individuals in various stages of their cancer journey utilizing the foundations of yoga. She incorporates breathwork, mindfulness and movement into her sessions with clients to help them alleviate both physical and mental tension that comes along with a cancer diagnosis. She structures her classes to fit each individual and their needs with the aim of having them learn to trust their body and feel empowered. An individual’s yoga practice changes from day to day, and Nikki’s goal is to encourage all her students to tune in to themselves and tune out the noise of what they “think” their practice should look or feel like. Whether you have 0 years of experience or 10+ years of experience with yoga, a Y4C class can be of benefit to anyone who needs a chance to take pause, build strength and just feel better. “I truly believe that the more support we have the more likely we are to have positive outcomes, we are stronger together. I hope to see you soon!” -Nikki
