Our therapists have trained with pioneers in the field on oncology massage to provide sessions with appropriate communication, sensitivity and compassion.

Hospice massage - “As each hospice patient is in a different place on their hospice journey, the most important thing is to remain flexible and creative,” she says. “Think of massage as a broad spectrum that can range from simply holding a hand all the way to a full-body massage. Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Lymphatic drainage massage, also known as manual lymphatic drainage, relieves swelling that happens when medical treatment or illness blocks your lymphatic system. Lymphatic drainage massage involves gently manipulating specific areas of your body to help lymph move to an area with working lymph vessels.

yoga4cancer™ - Oncology Yoga is an evidence informed yoga method tailored to address the specific physical and emotional needs left by the cancer and cancer treatments. It is an active practice that matches breath and movement to mitigate the short and long term side effects that cancer patients and
survivors face like bone loss, lymphedema, scar tissue, constipation, neuropathy, fatigue, anxiety and many more.

CranioSacral Therapy - Using a soft touch, which is generally no greater than 5 grams - about the weight of a nickel - practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and it's effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction.

Integrated Therapeutic Massage - A therapeutic method that combines the principles of many hands-on techniques to help in developing a more holistic plan geared for the individual that will contribute to the health and well-being of the patient. 

Reiki - is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Yoga - is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
